Psychotherapy
Taking the first step toward therapy is a powerful act of courage and self-care. In our sessions, you will find a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and confidential space to explore your experiences and challenges. I work with adults and children facing a range of difficulties, including stress, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, life transitions, and trauma. I also have a keen interest in migration-related challenges, including family separation, post-migration stressors, loneliness, and cultural adaptation, as well as supporting queer/LGBTQ+ identifying individuals.
Through my clinical experience in the UK/Greece, I adopt an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on a range of psychological models and techniques to suit your needs. Whether we’re exploring patterns in relationships, unpacking the impact of past experiences, or building strategies for current stressors, I tailor my approach to meet you where you are.
My therapeutic approach integrates techniques and principles from a variety of psychological models, applying theory to practice and ensuring a personalized experience. I draw on techniques from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Systemic/Narrative Therapy, depending on your needs. I also incorporate trauma-focused and narrative techniques, as well as approaches based on attachment, individuality, and relationships to explore emotions, relationships, and personal growth.
